Infopro Learning is building out our Managed Learning Services (MLS) practice and looking for experienced Transition Leads to join our pipeline for upcoming engagements. When a new MLS partnership launches, this role builds the operating model that turns it from a signed contract into a fully functioning delivery team, typically covering an onsite team alongside an India-based offshore team.
Each engagement is a hands-on build spanning discovery, design, and implementation. You'll be accountable for closing structural gaps, building supporting systems, and deploying the technology and automation that let the operation run and scale, handing off a documented, sustainable operating model ready for steady-state management by the end of hypercare.
We're ideally looking for candidates based in the UK who are open to travel as engagements require. This posting isn't tied to a single client or start date. We have several MLS opportunities on the horizon and want to build relationships now with Transition Leads we can bring on as they come through.
What you'll do:
- Assess a client's current people, processes, technology, and tools to identify gaps, redundancies, and integration needs
- Design the service delivery architecture and operationalize onsite and offshore teams
- Map and deploy workflow automation and AI integration across intake, project management, content, and reporting
- Stand up the Design Studio and Content Factory models, including staffing approach, process, and technology
- Design and implement a standardized onboarding program for distributed teams
- Implement service management processes, governance cadence, and performance reporting
- Monitor performance through hypercare, gather stakeholder feedback, and hand off to steady-state operations
Job requirements:
- Proven experience leading MLS or managed services transitions, from scoping through implementation (non-negotiable)
- Strong program and project management skills, including governance structures and stakeholder management
- Experience with organizational design and operating model architecture
- Experience building and hiring teams in emerging markets, India preferred
- Experience designing and executing onboarding programs for distributed or offshore teams
- Working familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools, and content management systems
- Demonstrated experience implementing workflow automation and integrating AI capabilities into operations
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline; comfortable with senior client stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently as a contractor while integrating closely with Infopro teams
- Ability to travel and work onsite internationally as engagements require
If you've built managed services operations from the ground up and want to lead one from discovery through go-live, we'd like to hear from you. Apply below to join our Transition Lead pipeline.
