The Opportunity
Infopro Learning is a global leader in workforce transformation, with over three decades of expertise in learning and talent development. Our purpose is simple: to unlock human potential. As a learning and talent consulting partner, we drive integrated development across individuals, teams, and organizations to build a performance-ready workforce.
We are seeking an EMEA Growth Director to drive enterprise growth through both expanding existing strategic partnerships and acquiring new Fortune 500 clients across the region. This is a high-visibility role at the forefront of Infopro's next chapter: bringing an exciting new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform to market, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.
You will combine consultative, executive-level selling with genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on learning and workforce transformation. Reporting to the Vice President, Learning Solutions, you will be a key driver of regional growth and a trusted voice to clients navigating how AI is reshaping skills and capability development. This role is home-based in the UK, with 20–50% travel for client meetings and industry events.
What You'll Do
- Acquire New Strategic Accounts: Identify, qualify, and win new enterprise clients across your EMEA territory. Build pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive networking, and market intelligence, positioning Infopro's new AI-powered skills platform, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.
- Expand Existing Strategic Accounts: Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, focusing on expanding wallet share and building multi-year partnerships. Target high-value transformational engagements that deliver measurable business impact across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
- Champion the AI Platform Launch: Play a leading role in bringing Infopro's new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform and managed learning services to market across EMEA, helping shape go-to-market approach, client positioning, and early wins.
- Lead Consultative Sales Processes: Manage complex enterprise sales processes from initial engagement through to close, navigating multiple stakeholders including Chief Learning Officers, Chief Talent Officers, HR and L&D leaders, procurement, and IT.
- Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes involving Chief Learning Officers, Chief Talent Officers, HR executives, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders. Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and systematically advance opportunities.
- Build Executive Relationships: Build credible, trusted relationships from C-suite through to C-suite-2 levels, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor on AI-enabled learning and workforce transformation.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with the VP, Learning Solutions, along with solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams, to shape compelling, client-aligned proposals and ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Keep accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast data, and bring a structured, disciplined approach to territory and account planning.
Job requirements
What You Bring
- Professional Experience: Proven experience selling learning, skills development, talent, or workforce transformation solutions; track record of winning new logo business in a B2B enterprise sales environment; experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts; consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; experience selling into one or more EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional buying dynamics.
- Industry & Market Knowledge: Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, skills, and capability development; understanding of corporate learning & development, talent management, or HR advisory markets; awareness of workforce transformation trends and the shift toward skills-based, AI-enabled organizations.
- Core Competencies: Comfortable and credible engaging stakeholders from C-suite through to C-suite-2; strong new business hunter instincts, balanced with account growth discipline; consultative, insight-led selling approach; executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills; self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment; disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
What Makes This Role Different
- We're looking for strategic sellers who excel at both hunting and farming—but with a quality-over-quantity approach:
- Hunt strategically, not frantically—pursue 10-15 ideal-fit Fortune 500 targets, not 100+ cold prospects.
- Farm with intention—expand existing accounts through multi-stakeholder engagement and cross-functional solutions.
- Build partnerships, not transactions—whether new or existing clients, focus on transformational engagements.
- Thrive on complexity—orchestrating multi-service solutions that require business acumen and industry expertise.
- Value execution over pitching—partner with clients from strategy through implementation, not just win and hand off.
- Want to be part of a company transformation—help us evolve from traditional L&D vendor to workforce transformation partner.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, offering strong earning potential for high performers.
- A Front-Row Seat to Innovation: The opportunity to help launch and shape the go-to-market for an exciting new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform and managed learning services.
- Sales Leadership & Enablement: Structured coaching from the VP of Growth through regular 1:1s and team huddles. Access to comprehensive sales playbooks, battle cards, discovery guides, and ROI tools.
- Marketing & Presales Support: Aligned campaigns, demand generation programs, and solutions architects and subject matter experts to support proposal development.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to be part of a strategic transformation. Work with a leadership team committed to building world-class sales capabilities.
- Flexibility: A home-based role with the flexibility to manage your own diary and client travel commitments.
