Infopro Digital, a B2B group specializing in information and technology, is currently looking for an EHS Associate ā China, Taiwan & Hong Kong on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its fastāgrowing EHS solutions provider, Redāonāline. This UKābased role supports EHS compliance coverage for the China, Taiwan and Hong Kong regions. Redāonāline delivers EHS compliance management solutions across more than 90 countries in 17 languages. Our solutions are used by over 6,000 industrial sites and 20,000 users worldwide, helping multinational organisations manage regulatory obligations across global markets.
Key Accountabilities
- Legal Watch and Research
- Monitor EHS regulatory updates daily for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong using companyāapproved sources.
- Identify regulatory changes relevant to Redāonāline's multinational client portfolio.
- Conduct structured research and extract key regulatory information for internal use.
- Summarise legislative changes in clear, nonālegal language using internal templates.
- Publish weekly legislative alerts through the company's compliance software.
- Legal Content and Database Management
- Update the company's legal database to reflect regulatory developments in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- Edit, add, and maintain legal content in line with internal quality standards.
- Update client onboarding questionnaires following regulatory changes.
- Maintain client legal registers for the assigned regions.
- Manage structured regulatory data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Perform detailed Excel work, including data validation and formatting.
- Import and export data using backāoffice systems.
- Prepare tables, charts or images as supporting content.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Organise and maintain documentation and audit trails.
- Internal Coordination and Process Support
- Liaise with UKābased and international Content Support and Content Editor teams.
- Follow documented workflows and administrative procedures.
- Support internal process improvement and content optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
- Native Chinese language proficiency.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong research and informationāgathering skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with structured databases.
- Proficiency in Excel and document management tools.
- Ability to follow defined processes and work within global content systems.
- Understanding of EHS legislation in China.
- Knowledge of EHS legislation in Taiwan and Hong Kong is an advantage.
- Thirdālevel qualification in environmental law, environmental science, health and safety, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Junior EHS Associate position.
