- Build reliable analysis and reporting to support strategic marketing and commercial decision-making.
- Provide customer intelligence that helps guide business priorities and activation programmes.

- Help the business identify where activation efforts should be focused to maximise performance.
- Customer Journeys & Marketing Activation
- Define and optimise customer and user journeys across the full customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with Demand Generation teams to activate lifecycle programmes through targeted and automated campaigns.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment between messaging, product value propositions and customer journeys.
- Support the creation of customer-focused content, including customer stories, use cases and adoption programmes.
- Deliver customer engagement initiatives that improve adoption and long-term customer value.
- Customer Marketing & Expansion Programmes
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on strategic accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Create customer marketing programmes that drive adoption, retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and develop customer success stories, testimonials, references and case studies.
- Organise webinars, customer roundtables, client events and advocacy programmes.
- Partner with Consulting, Product and Customer Success teams to transform customer achievements into high-value content and business opportunities.
- Develop targeted nurturing campaigns based on usage data, engagement metrics and growth signals.
