Infopro Digital is recruiting a Graduate Conference Producer to join the Production team within our 1LoD brand, based in London. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for an ambitious graduate looking to begin their career in conference production within a fast‑growing B2B media and information services business. The role supports the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality conferences focused on non‑financial risk within financial institutions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior industry practitioners and collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver commercially successful events.

About 1LoD: 1LoD provides high‑quality intelligence to risk and control professionals managing non‑financial risks in financial institutions globally. This intelligence is delivered through conferences, benchmarking surveys, special reports and other media. 1LoD is a young and rapidly growing B2B media company and has recently been acquired by Infopro Digital, a leading provider of information services to risk management professionals in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production of 3–4 conferences per year, from initial concept through to onsite delivery
- Conduct in‑depth market research on key non‑financial risk themes to inform event content and agendas
- Write professional, concise copy reflecting key event themes for marketing purposes
- Develop commercially viable conference agendas
- Secure Managing Director‑level practitioners and contributors for 1LoD’s events
- Manage and maintain the 1LoD website, ensuring agendas, content and speaker information are accurate and up to date
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, providing updates on production status
- Travel internationally as required

This role is hybrid based in London, with flexibility around working preferences.
