About the Role
As a \\\”Researcher\\\” you will be researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate valuable data insights for our clients. You will receive full training, from our in-house Research Training Manager, this will include 121 training, group workshops, and on the job coaching.
Key Accountabilities:
- Researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
- Interacting directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information.
- Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct and delivered on time to meet department expectations.
- Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
- Consulting with other colleagues within the business
- Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry
Requirements
- Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years\’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, this could be in a contact centre, customer service or similar.
