About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chief Marketing Officer plays a critical leadership role in driving predictable, scalable revenue growth across both new and existing customers.
The CMO will also build, structure and lead the marketing team needed to deliver this ambition.
This role brings together three core marketing motions: Product Marketing (market insight, positioning and go-to-market), Demand Generation (new business acquisition) and Client Marketing (existing client expansion, upsell and renewal support).
The successful candidate will own the full marketing chain, from understanding customers and shaping our offers through to pipeline creation, revenue influence and customer growth.
You will act as the senior commercial marketing partner to Sales leadership and as the voice of the customer for Product teams, ensuring alignment between market needs, marketing strategy, pipeline performance and revenue outcomes.
This is a highly commercial, performance‑led executive role, combining strategic vision, hands‑on execution and team building, suited to a seasoned B2B marketing leader with a strong background in product marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing and revenue‑focused marketing strategy.
We value an entrepreneurial mindset: beyond these missions, you will be expected to be proactive and to continuously improve your scope.
