Infopro Digital is currently looking for an Executive Assistant & Event Administration Assistant on a permanent contract to strengthen the team within its UKREiiF brand based in Leeds.

As Executive Assistant & Event Administration Assistant, you will be a key player supporting senior leadership while contributing directly to the successful delivery of UKREiiF’s national events programme. You will work at the heart of the organisation, balancing high-level executive support with hands-on event coordination.
Role Overview: This is a dual-function role, split equally between:
- Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (50%)
- Event Administration Assistant (50%)
The role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership while playing a key part in the coordination and delivery of UKREiiF’s events programme. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Director, supporting day-to-day operations, executive coordination, and event administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (50%):
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling
- Inbox management and prioritisation of correspondence
- Organising internal and external meetings
- Preparing agendas, documents, and briefing notes
- Coordinating Board and senior leadership meetings
- Minute taking and distribution of actions
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing expenses and reconciliations
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Event Administration Assistant (50%):
- Speaker coordination across all UKREiiF events
- Delegate coordination and communication
- Sending and managing calendar invitations
- Booking travel, venues, and hotel accommodation for speakers and attendees
- Managing expenses related to speakers and event attendees
- Coordinating event logistics including:
- Name badges
- Printed materials
- Menus and signage
- Liaising with venues and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate event records and attendee information
- Supporting the events team during peak delivery periods
- Optional: Attendance at monthly UKREiiF events to support on-site event management (not a requirement)

- UKREiiF Annual Event (Leeds – May, 16,000+ attendees)
- UKREiiF Leaders Group monthly events
- Private investment dinners
- Parliamentary events at the Houses of Parliament
Requirements:
