The Role The Service Now Platform Architect is responsible for defining the overall architecture, strategy, and governance of the Service Now platform across the organization.
This role ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Service Now solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and other Service Now applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define the architectural vision and roadmap for Service Now implementations.
Maps Service Now's AI capabilities-such as Now Assist, Agentic workflows, and AI Control Tower-to business objectives Oversee the customization and configuration of Service Now modules, ensuring best practices and scalability.
Architect integrations between Service Now and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and consistent, high-quality coding standards.
Identify opportunities to optimize Service Now environments for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency, including reviewing data models, integrations, and workflows.
