Role summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and extend our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and developing HRSD solutions across the employee life cycle, with strong emphasis on quality, automation, and scalable design. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with primary focus on HRSD (HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, record producers, life cycle events). Implement end-to-end solutions including business rules, Client Server scripts, UI actions, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog. Build and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATF, ensuring regression coverage and platform stability. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to define implementation approaches and deliver backlog items. Support production stability through defect fixing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement. Contribute to secure, compliant, and well-documented solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
