Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring all the objectives and requirements are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and ensure action items are completed.
  • Manage project changes and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report.

Qualifications

  • Project management experience, including managing implementation of software and solutions projects for external customers.
  • Maintaining knowledge of project management best practices and innovations.
  • Project Management Professional Certified.
  • Knowledge and experience of Cryptography, IDV (identity verification as a service), and IDAM based project and program management.
  • Capability to work with senior executives, having experience in customer-facing engagements.
  • Financial and/or government industry knowledge.
  • Customer interaction skills.
  • Creation of project plans.
  • Financial management of projects.
  • Operational management of projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in payment projects.
  • Familiarity with payments, cards, cryptography, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
