Lead end-to-end Store to Fulfill (S2F) process design covering store-based order fulfillment, store inventory visibility, pick-pack-ship processes, and fulfillment exception handling.
Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities, aligning the design with retail transformation objectives.
Prepare and own Functional Design Documents (FDDs), future-state process maps, and solution blueprints for store fulfillment processes.
Drive business process re-engineering workshops to define standardized store fulfillment models across locations, channels, and operating units.
Define the store fulfillment operating model including fulfillment ownership, process governance, control points, service level expectations, and exception management.
Configure and define foundational setups related to inventory organizations, fulfillment locations, sourcing rules, shipping methods, order orchestration considerations, and store fulfillment parameters.
Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of the fulfillment life cycle.
Define and support integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, logistics/carrier platforms, and Middleware such as OIC.
