MS Dynamics Architect (FTE - Permanent). London, UK (Hybrid).
Note: Looking for candidates who are good with MS Dynamics + Power Platform & Power Pages. Requires extensive Dynamics CRM expertise, including entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript, web resources, and integrations. Strong knowledge of core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS. Proficient in CRM functional areas including Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience across full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365. Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead developer for area/stream, run technical workshops with end users to define business needs.
- Identify and resolve systems issues; own test-driven development for area; DevOps ownership and automation.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to the project team; ensure all components of the technical architecture are integrated and implemented.
- Lead the build of CRM solutions that meet requirements; ensure end-to-end technical assurance and governance.
- Responsible for technical direction, reuse of assets, and assignment of technical work.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives addressing trouble areas in testing and UAT support.
- Mentor and coach CRM developers and team members; day-to-day management in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Participate in daily leadership calls and stand-ups; communicate scheduling, risks, issues, and changes.
- Establish release criteria and monitor code promotions to appropriate environments in line with the Configuration Management Plan.
- Ensure access to the Configuration Management Plan and the use of approved configuration control tools.
- Participate in work product reviews to ensure compliance with the technical design and involve SMEs as needed.
- Coach and mentor the technical team; provide technical support and quality control throughout all project stages.
- Collaborate with other architecture roles to align technology with business objectives (Applications Architect, Data Architect, etc.).
- Define configuration management processes for configuration items (code, settings); validate estimates for new pursuits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application development roles & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solutions.
- Understanding and practice of the SDLC; ability to perform multiple roles (requirements gathering, design, deployment, testing, training).
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions with ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Web Services, and Web API.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal; agile process experience is desirable.
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
- Degree in IT or relevant industry experience; Current Microsoft Certifications highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM/365 across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules; experience with full life cycle implementations across multiple versions.
