Candidates must be strong VDI platform engineers with hands-on Horizon experience (not desktop support), with good exposure to vSphere and enterprise VDI operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware/Omnissa Horizon (VDI platform)
- Solid understanding of Horizon architecture (Connection Servers, UAG, Pods, Pools, Images)
- Experience managing enterprise VDI environments (run & operations)
- Good knowledge of vSphere (vCenter, ESXi)
- Proven experience in VDI performance tuning & troubleshooting (end-to-end)
- Strong Windows Server knowledge (AD, GPO, DNS, authentication)
- Experience supporting Windows/Linux VDI desktops
- Strong problem-solving across platform, infrastructure, and user experience
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with App Volumes/application layering tools
- Knowledge of Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) or similar profile tools
- Exposure to NSX/network segmentation in VDI setups
- Experience in regulated/high-availability environments
