We are seeking an experienced Integrator with strong Banking domain expertise to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple feature teams, platforms, and business stakeholders within the Banking Group ecosystem.

The Integrator acts as the primary bridge between Business, Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Teams, Testing Teams, Operations, and Vendor Partners.

The role focuses on delivery orchestration, dependency management, stakeholder governance, risk management, and ensuring successful implementation of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Integration & Coordination
Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile feature teams.

Ensure alignment between Business, Technology, Architecture, and Operations teams.

Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.

Drive end-to-end planning and execution of features and releases.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Work closely with:
Product Owners
Customer Journey Managers
Solution Architects
Engineering Leads
Testing Teams
Platform Leads
Operations Teams
Facilitate governance meetings and delivery reviews.

Business & Banking Alignment
Understand business objectives and translate them into delivery plans.

Ensure implementation aligns with customer journeys and banking processes.

Support prioritization discussions and scope management.

Risk & Dependency Management
Identify delivery risks, blockers, and inter-team dependencies.

Drive mitigation plans and escalation management.

Maintain RAID logs and delivery governance artefacts.

Agile Delivery Oversight
Support PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and delivery governance.

Track progress against commitments and milestones.

Coordinate multiple workstreams across Labs and Platforms.

Environment & Release Management
Coordinate SIT, UAT, NFT, and Production releases.

Ensure readiness of environments and dependencies.

Support deployment planning and go-live activities.

Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
