5-8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Orchestration, and Campaign Management.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions for personalized customer engagement.
- Create and manage Real Time and batch customer journeys, campaigns, offers, and decisioning strategies.
- Configure customer profiles, audiences, events, and journey triggers using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Develop omni-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web Channels.
- Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into customer engagement journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot journey issues, and optimize customer experiences.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
