We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Data & Analytics Specialist to support a Portfolio Management Function (PMF) within a complex digital transformation environment. This role will be responsible for delivering advanced portfolio analytics, forecasting, reporting automation, and executive-level dashboarding to support strategic decision-making across large-scale programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting solutions.
- Provide portfolio forecasting, trend analysis, and performance insights.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support governance activities through the production of portfolio metrics, KPIs, and management information.
- Consolidate data from multiple programmes, suppliers, and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, programme delivery, governance, and supplier organizations.
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting standards across the portfolio.
Required Experience
- Strong experience delivering portfolio analytics within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Advanced Power BI development and dashboard design expertise.
- Experience with reporting automation and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience working in regulated, multi-supplier environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Government, Financial Services, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Enterprise transformation and systems integration programmes.
- Experience supporting Portfolio Management Offices (PMO/PMF).
