Role: M365 Purview Compliance Design Architect

Rate: £450 GBP/day (Inside IR35)

Location: Sheffield, UK 3 days per week onsite at client site (mandatory)

Role Overview (Summary):

• Design enterprise-scale Microsoft Purview retention, records management, and eDiscovery architecture

• Map regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA, MiFID II, SEC/FINRA, GDPR/UK DPA) into enforceable Purview policies

• Implement retention labels/policies, event-based retention, disposition reviews, and litigation hold

• Integrate with eDiscovery (Premium), Audit, DLP, and legal hold processes

• Automate using PowerShell / Microsoft Graph and support audit & regulatory assurance

Key Skills Required:

• 8–10+ years\’ experience in M365 Purview / Compliance at enterprise scale

• Strong hands-on with Information Governance, Records Management, Retention, eDiscovery (Premium)

• Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams

• Experience in large, regulated tenants (100k+ users)
