A Solution Design Lead comprises the skills and responsibilities that are covered by delivery managers, project managers as well as business analysts. The role is central to governing, and delivering complex, high-performing business requirements that align with the business strategy then managing these through to implementation and launch. The role holder will lead teams with crafting scalable requirements, whilst managing stakeholder relationships and technical risks and dependencies. The role holder should be familiar or have skills that would enable the application of technology controls in a product construct.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end design for in-scope Controls, ensuring technical solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Control owners, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Governance & Standards: Support the governance and standards outlined in the organisation’s change framework methodology.
- Ways of working: Ability to work in an Agile methodology.

- Experience: Proven experience in solution technical design.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and cloud platforms.
