Job Description:
Background
We are seeking SuccessFactors consultants to handle high volume organizational position creation and employee assignment (500+). Testing skills to ensure data changes work as required and flow to downstream system. Also Foundation (legacy and MDF) data skills. Data load template preparation, excel expertise and import sequence understanding for Position and Employee load. SuccessFactors reporting skills (this is required for data load preparation, to be able to extract existing data and make hierarchy changes). Troubleshooting and data correction skills. Awareness of SuccessFactors data architecture. Need Hands on Experience on the above.
Skills
- Should have experience in SAP SuccessFactors especially with UK knowledge implementation and process transformation.
- Payroll integration with other applications plus S/4HANA integration for the back-office support is needed.
- Should have experience in leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes in Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay and in Career Development modules.
- Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
- Responsible for system customization and all change requests.
- Should be able to work with IT and Business teams independently to support process transformation.
