• Experience: 10+ years in SAP implementation, support, and solution management across multiple modules including S/4HANA Sales, SD, EDI, and MM.

• Industry Exposure: Proven success in delivering large-scale SAP programs within Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.

• Core Expertise: Establishing best practices, governance frameworks, and methodologies for enterprise-wide SAP implementations.

• Business Alignment: Adept at linking business strategy, processes, and IT architecture to drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

• Role Scope: Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)—lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions, from business analysis and strategic planning to design and deployment.

• Analytical Capability: Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and technology integration.

• Support Skills: Strong background in service delivery, incident, and problem management, with extensive L2/L3 production support experience.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain processes and ERP’s role in driving efficiency and business value.

• Language Requirement: French speaker—fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Project Management: Experienced in managing priorities, stakeholders, and seamless execution across global teams.
