We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Data Architect role based in London, UK.
Location: Onsite – London, UK
Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents for workflows
- Architect end-to-end solutions integrating Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and external data sources
- Lead teams of developers, analysts, and testers, with a focus on prompt engineering and agent performance
- Manage stakeholder relationships and drive ROI from AI investments
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data Cloud Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex/LWC, and OmniStudio
