Job Description
The MediTech Expanse Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining the MediTech Expanse electronic health record (EHR) system to meet the specific needs of the healthcare organization. This role involves collaborating with design team to understand customer requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design team to understand requirements for system configurations.
- Configure the MediTech Expanse EHR system to meet the organization\’s specific needs, including clinical workflows, documentation templates, web documentation templates and rules.
- Test and validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and updates related to the MediTech Expanse EHR system.
- Utilize agile methodology to manage and prioritize system configuration tasks, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.
- Use Trello to organize and track system configuration activities, facilitating transparency and collaboration within the configuration team.
