The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the endpoint and user‑facing platforms that support Cyber Defense Services (CDS) Lab users, ensuring devices, access, and end‑user environments remain secure, compliant, and reliable. You will manage EUC and device operations, working across endpoint configuration, lifecycle management, and user support in a controlled, security‑focused setting.

You will operate as part of an embedded operations team, working closely with both client stakeholders and the cloud/identity engineer to ensure seamless user experience without compromising security posture. The role involves handling incidents, device provisioning, patching, and operational support with a strong emphasis on consistency, policy adherence, and user enablement.

This role suits a detail‑oriented, accountable professional who takes pride in maintaining endpoint health, follows disciplined operational practices, and understands how secure, well‑managed endpoints contribute directly to effective cyber‑defence operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance and configuration
  • Manage Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, and lifecycle
  • Support Windows endpoints, OS images, and application installations
  • Handle user support and troubleshooting in a secure environment
  • Ensure endpoint security, patching, and compliance
  • Support M365 services (user, license, collaboration basics)
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and operational handover

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and EUC environments
  • SC Cleared must
  • Windows OS, endpoint management, and device lifecycle
  • M365 user and device administration
  • Experience supporting users in regulated or secure environments
  • Strong customer‑facing and operational ownership mindset
