We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments.
The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across predictive, Agile, or hybrid models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
- Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security
- Oversee onshore–offshore delivery models and third-party vendors
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support
- Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices
- Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers
- Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans
- Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics
