Role Summary: Experienced Tech Delivery/Data platform lead with good knowledge in Data and integration to drive delivery of a data modernisation programme consolidating account and mandate data management onto a strategic MDM platform (Profisee). The customer operates in the global asset and investment management industry, offering a broad range of investment solutions across asset classes and geographies.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading technical delivery across MDM, data pipeline, Salesforce integration, historical data migration, and reporting workstreams
- Coordinating sprint planning and managing dependencies across a multi-workstream programme
- Reviewing data models, Data pipeline designs, and mapping documents before build commences
- Driving the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process through to production sign-off
- Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Overseeing QA, SIT, and UAT promotions and coordinating business sign-off at each gate
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Data Architecture — Data lake/Medallion Architecture design (structured, curated, consumption zones)
- Data Platforms - AWS/Athena or Snowflake
- ETL/Integration — Experience in building integrations with Salesforce, using Python to build data transformation pipelines.
- Delivery Tooling — Sprint management via JIRA
- Asset management domain awareness — accounts, mandates, products
- Data governance fundamentals — data contracts, lineage, quality frameworks
- RACI-based delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder financial services environment
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- MDM Platforms (Good to Have) — Profisee or comparable enterprise MDM
- Reporting (Good to Have) — Working familiarity with Power BI sufficient to provide technical oversight
