The Role

As a Camunda Tech lead you will be working closely with the technical team and working on the development and implementation journeys. As Tech Lead, you will guide the team in designing, implementing, and documenting complex features. Together with collaborators within Engineering, you will play a key role in defining the architectural direction and ensuring its successful execution.

Your responsibilities:

• Design & deploy Custom workflow solution in Camunda SAAS and Camunda custom Postgres connectors & JOB Workers, Service tasks & user tasks.

• Open-Source Facilitation – Nurture an Open-Source delivery model and culture.

• Support – Provide development and design support for in-house project teams

• Design and engineer software with the customer or user experience as the primary objective

• Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools to enable the delivery of bank platforms, applications and services

• Liaise with other engineers, architects, business analysts across the platform as well as other key stakeholders to understand the objectives, goals and requirements, share knowledge and collaborate

• Design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting and exceeding the anticipated load, performance and availability volumes, including load balancing, performance testing and benchmarking

• Java, SpringBoot (Data, Integration, Web), JPA

• BPMS – Camunda 8, JBPM

• Single Page Application (SPA) Development

• Applying, defining and communicating design patterns

• Agile Development principles, practices, tools and techniques

• Process, Event & Micro-service Oriented Architectures

• Microservice development

• Enterprise Integration EAI Patterns

• Git (command line and Bitbucket/Stash UI), Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence

• Domain Driven Design

• Agile Development principles, practices, tools and techniques.

• JavaScript, React JS

• Rules Management – Drools (DMN)
