Role: AWS Infra Support Engineer
Work Mode: Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite/week and Occasional Visits to Croydon Based on Business Needs

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and maintenance for on-prem infrastructure, including network switches, firewalls, Windows desktops, and Linux operating systems.
- Adopt an automation-first approach using scripting languages such as Shell, PowerShell, and Ansible playbook.
- Support infrastructure patching and security vulnerability remediation.
- Manage L2/L3 customer support requests with strong interpersonal skills.
- Shadow the Solutions Team to assist in writing operational procedures supporting the project.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in a professional, agile environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration, including building, hardening, and managing Linux operating systems.
- Experience in automating processes using Shell, Ansible, Python, and PowerShell scripting.
- Expertise in Juniper firewall configuration and patching.
- Proficiency in switch configuration and patching.
- Experience with MS Active Directory configuration and management.
- Hardware asset management, including printer configuration.
- Monitoring using Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager and Node exporter.
- Back-up and restore monitoring/validation.
- Problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and fixing through log aggregation and analysis.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for incident and change management.
