Key responsibilities
- Oversight of finance operations and financial reporting requirements
- Delivery of sales, performance and business analytics (regular and ad hoc) as required for internal and external stakeholders, including Investors
- Oversight of HR, people & culture operations, including internal communications
- Oversight of the working environment, including office locations in all regions
- Managing the Leadership Team cadence (weekly meeting, and quarterly & annual planning)
- Project Management for internal projects and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technology, engineering, business studies or marketing related discipline)
- Background in strategy, finance, consulting, operations or business management roles
- Proven experience in a senior operations, strategy, business operations or general management role within a growing organisation
- Strong financial literacy with confidence reviewing management accounts and interpreting financial information
- Strong analytical capability, including sales, financial and operational analysis
- Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional initiatives and hold senior stakeholders accountable
- Confident facilitator with the ability to run leadership meetings effectively
- Highly organised, disciplined and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing leadership and investor-facing materials
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in scale-up or mid-sized technology or service organisation
- Exposure to EOS or similar operating systems
- Experience supporting M&A analysis, investor reporting and board-level materials
