We are seeking a highly motivated and professional DMS Manager to lead and develop our Dealer Management System (DMS) integration strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping the DMS roadmap, identifying synergies and partnership opportunities, and ensuring our platforms support business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in the automotive sector and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and maintain the DMS roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational needs.
- Understand technical workflows and processes and have a deep understanding of APIs and specifications.
- Review and troubleshoot the integration(s) between product and DMS and make recommendations and find solutions.
- Lead DMS partnership initiatives, including vendor engagement, evaluation, and collaboration opportunities.
- Identify and develop synergies and integration opportunities across systems, platforms, and processes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the business through effective DMS utilisation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Provide guidance, insight, and expertise to leadership teams regarding DMS capabilities and direction.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and optimal configuration of the platform.
- Lead and embed change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionality, enhancements, and system initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience within the automotive industry (essential).
- Experience working with or managing Dealership Management Systems (DMS) (highly advantageous).
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, processes, and system dependencies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
