Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to effectively provide product and service support to end-users of Infomedia products. You will engage with our customers via email, live chat and telephone to resolve problems and ensure we provide an excellent standard of customer service. Written and verbal business fluency in English is required.
Hours of work and location
Our team works Monday to Friday, either 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our team is based in Cambridge, UK, and Cologne, Germany, but it may be possible to perform this role remotely from Spain or the UK.
What You'll Do
- Support our Customers from the European market in all products
- Product Issue Resolution
- Outbound call campaigns
- Maintaining the customer database
- Maintain our KPI's to ensure a high level of customer service
- Continue to improve and maintain product knowledge
- Follow all internal procedures
- Liaise with other internal departments to resolve issues.
