NowPatient is an innovative health tech platform that has been in development for 5 years and is approaching launch. We are building technology that is transforming how patients access healthcare services, and we are looking for someone to grow with us as we enter this exciting new phase.
This is a unique opportunity to start your career in health tech and project management. You will begin as an office hand and QA specialist, learning the ins and outs of our platform while ensuring quality at every step. As you develop your skills and knowledge of our systems, you will transition into a junior project manager role, taking on increasing responsibility for coordinating projects and driving initiatives forward.
What You’ll Do Initially:
- Support quality assurance testing across the NowPatient platform
- Document bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and project coordination
- Learn our systems, processes, and health tech workflows
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project documentation
What You’ll Grow Into:
- Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion
