Job Level: 6-8 years of relevant experience (L3)
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have expert knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and certified
- Should have prior work experience preferably from Engineering background or MBA
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment
- Must have SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding Module
- Demonstrable understanding of country specific labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process
- Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
