We are seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner to temporarily support our Core HR squad within the Workday ecosystem. You will ensure delivery continuity, prioritize workstreams, and maintain alignment with the permanent Product Owner's roadmap. You will partner closely with HR, IT, cross-functional product teams, and global stakeholders. Key initiatives include:
- Deploying bank account data and processes across ~20 countries
- Supporting changing organizational setup values tied to an ongoing Finance transformation
- Managing additional Core HR process enhancements requiring structured planning
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and Deliver
- Manage the squad's backlog across enhancements, fixes, and new features.
- Track progress against goals and timeline commitments.
- Ensure smooth delivery for Core HR initiatives.
- Support the Product Owner
- Understand and align with the existing roadmap and strategy.
