This is a rare opportunity to be part of a fast-growth scale-up B2B SaaS business targeting pharmaceutical and life sciences companies around the globe. Infodesk is the enterprise SaaS solution that transforms intelligence into action. Following a rebrand in 2025, we are forging a new market category: Intelligence Activation, so we need a marketing manager to help us establish and own that new brand and space.
About Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the operational planning and execution of all marketing activities to drive revenue growth through prospect inbound marketing and existing customers. We need a Life Sciences Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our global campaigns and support our ambitious growth plans to reach, influence and convert our life science prospective customers into new revenue.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of proven B2B marketing experience.
- Experience working for a life sciences or pharmaceutical company or working in a marketing agency with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), or other related and marketing-relevant post-graduate.
Must Have (Key Expertise)
- Digital Campaign Management: Expertly plan, orchestrate and deliver multiple communications through multiple channels, with a great understanding and experience of working in paid social (LinkedIn), organic social (LinkedIn), paid search, organic search, and email channels to support different stages of the funnel.
- Experience creating multichannel campaign laydown plans and using these to orchestrate a delivery team.
- Ability to craft, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that support the entire inbound funnel, align with strategic business objectives (MQLs, SQLs, Revenue), and generate measurable outcomes (e.g., lead generation, pipeline).
- Brief agency partners (e.g. PPC Manager and SEO Manager) to execute and deliver campaign elements, including creative and content production and manage the whole creative development process of campaign assets including landing pages, ads etc.
- Work closely with the Sales team on ABM outreach.
- Budget management.
- Very clear on brief-writing and marketing communications best practices and focus on who, why, and what with a clear value-led hook or proposition.
Marketing Operations:
- Hubspot expertise: Expert hands-on experience of Hubspot so that you can fully ‘own’ the platform and manage: lead scoring, data hygiene, workflows, audience segmentation and lists, email, GDPR data management, nurture programs, campaign management, website forms, lead management through the lifecycle stages, reporting. Would need to be able to closely collaborate with Salesforce Admin on the sync between the two systems and solve any joint issue.
- Data Analytics: Performance optimization, reporting, dashboard management, lead source tracking & reporting including UTM management, proficiency using GA4 for web analytics, Hubspot to analyse campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
Content Marketing:
- Proven ability to develop high-quality, targeted content (white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that drives engagement and supports the customer journey in enterprise markets.
- Ability to have collateral printed where needed for events.
- Manage a programme of ongoing live webinars every quarter including pre, during and post webinar communications.
- Understand and plan content for SEO and GEOCollaborate with Product Marketing to ensure all product marketing content answers in market buyers’ questions.
- Ability to create product tour videos.
Web management:
- Website content updates using the CMS (WordPress) including building and publishing landing pages for campaigns, resources such as blogs and gated resources and new main website pages.
Social Content & Management:
- Experience creating engaging social content and managing a social content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business initiatives and team needs. This is especially important in email and social list management of marketing outreach to align with AEs managing prospects in their territories.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support sales enablement.
Event Marketing:
- Experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, trade shows) to increase brand visibility and engage prospects and customers, including running pre-, during and post-event communication, booth and merchandise production and delivery and managing all event logistics.
Digital and Account-Based Marketing in Enterprise SaaS:
- Experience in account-based marketing within the enterprise software, SaaS sectors, with a strong understanding of marketing to large-scale, global enterprise clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience talking about regulatory intelligence or quality assurance intelligence or GxP intelligence to life sciences companies.
