We’re opening Martin House, a brand-new care home near our main InFocus campus, and we’re looking for an exceptional Registered Care Manager to lead the service from day one. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new home, build a strong team and create a culture grounded in best practice and shared values.
You’ll have overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, embedding InFocus values and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, shaping a new service and helping people live the lives they choose.

You bring strong leadership skills, can inspire and develop others, and are confident working in a regulated environment. You have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, sensory impairments and complex needs, and understand safeguarding, quality and continuous improvement. You may already be a Registered Manager or ready to take the next step. Most importantly, you share our belief in the potential of the people we support and are excited to create something special from the ground up.
Predominantly office hours, with some flexibility required to support the service.
