About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our Property and Fleet operations, while also providing direct administrative support to our HR Director. This is a varied role that offers exposure across key business functions and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across Property and Fleet departments
  • Assist with property management tasks
  • Support fleet administration including vehicle records, servicing schedules, and compliance tracking
  • Work closely with the HR Director, providing administrative support on HR projects, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Recording meeting notes
  • Assist with general office administration and ad hoc business support tasks
  • Helping to ensure administrative processes run efficiently across the business

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ideally experience within fleet, transport, HR, Property, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
