Marketing Manager (Digital, Website & Campaigns) Lead our brand. Shape our voice. Drive our growth. Infocus Resources is a nationally recognised provider of labour and civil engineering project delivery, supporting major clients across infrastructure, rail, and construction. As part of our growth strategy, we’re seeking an experienced and highly capable Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital brand, website content, and campaign performance across key platforms. About the Role This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a marketing professional with strong digital, content, and website experience. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital strategies—directly influencing brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. You’ll be responsible not just for managing content, but for drafting, updating, and shaping messaging across the company website, case studies, and branded materials. The role requires a proactive individual who can turn technical or project input into clear, engaging marketing communications. Key Responsibilities * Draft, update, and maintain all website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO performance, and alignment with business activity and service offerings. * Create and maintain branded case studies, news articles, and landing pages that reflect ongoing projects, sector achievements, and team capabilities. * Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and sector positioning. * Lead and manage social media activity (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), website updates, and paid campaigns. * Develop a structured content calendar, aligning digital activity with business milestones and industry trends. * Produce engaging content—written, visual, and video—tailored to infrastructure, construction, and recruitment sectors. * Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement), using insights to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with directors and project leads to capture internal stories, translate delivery success into compelling content, and ensure brand consistency. * Support development of internal materials, bid documents, corporate presentations, and team updates. Qualifications & Experience Required: * 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or content-led role, ideally within infrastructure, construction, recruitment, or technical sectors. * Strong track record in website content drafting, case study creation, and managing branded platforms (WordPress or equivalent). * Excellent written English with ability to turn technical input into professional, engaging content. * High-level digital knowledge across SEO, CMS tools, social media, and analytics platforms. * Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with internal teams.
