We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager. This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, commercially minded, and looking to grow within a fast-paced and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the full recruitment process within the civils and construction sectors
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and delivering suitable candidates efficiently
- Generating new business opportunities within the civils and construction markets
- Advertising vacancies, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate database records
- Conducting client meetings, site visits, and networking within the industry
- Keeping up to date with market trends and recruitment activity across the construction and civils sectors
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager or similar
- Experience within Construction, Rail, Civils or similar
- CSCS Card
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and professional in approach
