We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Wolverhampton. This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment process within the civils and construction sectors
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
