We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our London office in Chingford. This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue‑coloured and white‑coloured positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process within the civils and construction sectors
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and delivering suitable candidates efficiently
- Generating new business opportunities within the civils and construction markets
- Advertising vacancies, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate database records
- Conducting client meetings, site visits, and networking within the industry
- Keeping up to date with market trends and recruitment activity across the construction and civils sectors
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a high level of service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within civils, construction, or related sectors
- Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and professional in approach
