About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to the Managing Director to join our team based in Wolverhampton. This is a key role within the business, acting as the Managing Director's operational right-hand and supporting the effective day-to-day management of the recruitment, transport, and subcontract services business operating across UK infrastructure projects, alongside coordination and oversight of property interests. The successful candidate will take ownership of internal operational cadence, financial visibility, commercial administration, compliance coordination, and supplier and stakeholder management.
