Role & Responsibilities
- Supervising groundworkers and site operatives
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Delivering toolbox talks and daily site briefings
- Ensuring all operatives follow RAMS and health & safety procedures
- Overseeing groundworks including drainage, ducting, road formation, and concrete works
- Liaising with Supervisor and reporting progress
- Ensuring work is completed to specification and programme
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ganger
- Valid SSSTS and EUSR card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Groundworks / Civil Engineering background
- Ability to read drawings and manage teams effectively
