About the Role

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team based in our London Office in Chingford. This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of the business by providing general administrative support across multiple divisions, including HR, Business Support, Commercial, and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably within the construction, civils, or rail sectors, and will have a good understanding of construction trades and workforce-related documentation. Experience with Sentinel would be highly desirable. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across HR, Business Support, Commercial, and Recruitment divisions
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and internal trackers
  • Assisting with the preparation, filing, and organisation of business documentation
  • Supporting onboarding administration and ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored correctly
  • Assisting with the monitoring and updating of training, certification, medical, and workforce records
  • Supporting internal compliance checks and helping ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with Sentinel administration and related workforce records where applicable
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and operatives to gather outstanding information and documents
  • Supporting document control and general office administration duties
  • Producing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining filing systems
  • Helping to ensure administrative processes run efficiently across the business

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ideally experience within construction, civils, rail, or a related sector
  • Sentinel experience desirable
  • Good understanding of construction and/or civils, with awareness of construction trades and workforce documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
