We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our Adult Social Care services. Reporting to the Director of Care and Support Services, you will play a key role in keeping systems, communication, and processes running effectively across our services. This is a varied and fast‑paced role combining coordination, administration, and quality support, including maintaining accurate records, supporting safeguarding processes, coordinating meetings, and helping ensure compliance with CQC and organisational standards.
Working closely with managers and colleagues across different teams, you will be a central point of coordination; helping services stay organised, communication flow smoothly, and good practice be consistently maintained.
About you
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a calm and professional manner. You enjoy supporting teams, keeping processes on track, and working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.

Working pattern
24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Flexibility around working days and times can be discussed.)
