You will play a key role in driving the installation and commissioning of MSite systems, ensuring seamless integration on-site while upholding our uncompromising quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead the installation and commissioning of MSite systems across customer sites, ensuring all work meets high technical and professional standards.
- Provide expert-level support and maintenance for existing MSITE installations, acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
- Deliver subject matter expertise and technical leadership to both external clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers/apprentices, contributing to skills development and operational excellence.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to company installation standards, technical drawings, and health & safety procedures.
- Provide specialist input into the design and continuous improvement of technical architecture and system documentation.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with a commitment to achieving outstanding satisfaction scores and long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth handover, sign-off, and post-installation support.
- Deliver high-quality end-user and super user training onsite or remotely.
- Proactively contribute to best practices, engineering standards, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Assist with the Engineer Manager in auditing, health and safety and general team commitments.
- Take lead in 3rd party QA checks, stock management and training.
- Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of access control, CCTV and security systems.
- Strong track record of field-based engineering in a customer-facing role.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering staff on site.
- Proficient in interpreting and working from electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft I.T systems.
