We have an opportunity for a Staff Sales Trainer to join our team in EMEA, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales and sales methodology training for Infoblox's internal and channel partner worldwide sales force. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role where you will interact with sales, product development and marketing organizations to develop training requirements and deliver programs to meet the needs of the direct and indirect sales force.

Be a Contributor - What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with our Sales Enablement Leadership and Sales Management team in order to develop new training content, internalize and prepare for delivery of new programs.
  • Deliver onboarding & ongoing sales training programs effectively, achieving high scoring evaluation ratings and feedback.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement by working closely with the sales team to identify challenges they face on-the-job.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching to GTM teams to improve their skills & achieve their sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with developing and delivering blended learning methodologies: instructor led training (ILT), virtual instructor led training (VILT) and e-learning.
  • High degree of comfort organizing and driving a worldwide sales training program to a Sales audience of diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with instructional design and delivery required to keep the curriculum up to date with product enhancements, new technologies and trends in training.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills that contribute to the transfer of market insight, technological advantage, and effective sales techniques.
  • Experience working with various geographies to standardize sales tactics to allow for the creation of a single, comprehensive and scalable sales training program.
Be Prepared - What You Bring
  • Sales experience in high tech corporates selling enterprise and/or mid-market solutions (4+ years).
  • Experience in sales enablement working with GTM teams (1-2 years).
  • Cyber security knowledge.
  • Experience in MEDDPICC, Force Management and other sales process methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, classroom delivery and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable experience with enterprise field sales, and partners/channel sales in global organization is critical.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or similar disciplines or equivalent experience in Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Training.
