We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our London office and support regional workplace activities across EMEA. This individual‑contributor role reports directly to the Office Manager and senior leadership team, and is responsible for creating an efficient, well‑organized, and positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the London office and ensure a positive workplace experience
  • Develop and improve office processes, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance, repairs, and office equipment with internal teams and suppliers
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Support visitor management, guest logistics, and new‑hire onboarding
  • Coordinate office compliance, permits, renewals, and visa administration where required
  • Respond to employee queries and support general office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, and office‑related reporting
  • Proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented approach
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong English skills, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
