To achieve our mission of reaching every mobile user on the planet, it is essential to continue building great relationships with new clients. As Account Executive, you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients grow their businesses. The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective new key clients provided against a focus target list.
In addition to the sales activities, the Account Executive is expected to share knowledge with the team, mentor newer members, and answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
What you’ll do
- Focus on lead qualification and closing successful sales.
- Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
- Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo).
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health.
- Work closely with BDR teams to take over the lead.
- Conduct cross‑sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation).
What makes you a strong fit
- 5 years of applicable experience, including 2 years of solution sales (SaaS sales experience required in certain situations).
- Successful sales track record with commission earnings.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and meet stakeholders within accounts.
- Knowledge of Infobip and/or its competitors.
- Experience interacting with C‑level players.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English.
