What this role is all about?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London office and support regional workplace activities across EMEA. This is a key individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Office Manager / senior leadership team, with responsibility for creating an efficient, well-organized, and positive workplace environment.

What will you be doing at Infobip?

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office and ensure a positive workplace experience
  • Develop and improve office processes, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance, repairs, and office equipment with internal teams and suppliers
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Support visitor management, guest logistics, and new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate office compliance, permits, renewals, and visa administration where required
  • Respond to employee queries and support general office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or office administration
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, and office-related reporting
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented approach
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong English skills, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
